I was at the Cell C at the Mall @ Reds in Centurion after I have understood from Cell C that I am due for and upgrade. I had to wait over a week for the phone to arrive at the store. I have waited for an hour and a half to get the phone sorted out, paid and all the documentation done. The staff was all young girls and looked like only the manager was the only one that knew what he is doing. I was told that the BIS Subscription is included into the monthly subscription, and that my monthly subscription will be R20.00 more that what i used to pay... at this moment I have to pay additional for the BIS and my monthly subscription is almost double on what I use to pay. To make matters worst I had to get a new Sim-card as well - I had my ID document and proof of address there and asked the girl to RICA it as well only to get home and switch everything on to get the sms your Sim-Card is not registered with RICA and I need to go to the nearest store - I HAVE JUST BEEN IN ONE FOR A HOUR AND A HALF - and now I need to go back again. A Customer Consultant phoned me in regards with the service I received and I told him how bad it was and he didn't seem to care much as well.
